Frames / Finishes
Periodic cleaning of frames is recommended. Simply wash with mild soap and rinse thoroughly. DO NOT use any kind of wax, abrasive materials or strong detergents on textured finishes.

Frame Touch Up Instructions

Should your frames require minor finish touch ups, follow these easy instructions:

1. Place the frame in an open area with plenty of light ventilation - preferably outdoors.
2. Use a very fine grit sand paper (120 grit or more) and lightly sand the damaged area until smooth with the rest of the surface.
3. Using a clean rag lightly dipped in rubbing alcohol or mineral spirits; wipe the sanded area clean of dirt and oil. This primes the affected area and provides the maximum bonding surface for the paint to adhere.
4. Shake spray can for at least one minute after mixing balls rattle. Spray the damaged area lightly in an even left to right motion. This action helps to prevent paint runs. For best results, make two to three light coats allowing paint to dry in between coats. Read the information affixed to the spray can for additional information.

Touch up applications should be limited to as small an area as necessary to repair the damage. Be sure to use a left to right motion when touching up to feather the touch up into the established finish area. Wait until paint is very dry before determining if an additional coat is needed.

Cushions/Fabrics
Wash briskly with sponge or soft brush using a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry. Occasionally, one cup of household bleach can be mixed with the detergent for heavy duty stains on fabrics without print.

Slings
Sling products are created from selected fabrics, which are stretched onto the furniture frame providing a firm, yet very comfortable, seating experience. The sling furniture product line is a very popular choice and has several unique advantages, primarily associated with its care and maintenance.

1. The special sling fabrics allow water and air to flow through for quick drying.
2. The fabrics remain quite cool due to the flow-through nature of the fabric weave.
3. Sling products are easy to clean - simply wash and rinse with your garden hose.

Our slings resist sagging and retain their tautness. Should a fabric ever need changing, we will replace the entire sling bucket so that removing and replacing the sling from the frame is entirely eliminated. Mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild detergent. Apply with brush and rinse thoroughly. Do not use solvent type materials which will cause the yarn to become brittle.

The original purchaser is warranted that construction of this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase (invoice date), under normal household conditions as follows:

What is covered?

• Cast & Extruded Aluminum Frames are covered against structural failure (broken frame or welds) for a period of (15) years. 15 Year Limited Warranty effective as of 08/01/02. If product was purchased before this date, please refer to product documentation provided for warranty specifics.
• The Cast & Extruded Aluminum Frame Finish warranty covers against peeling, flaking or blistering for a period of (5) years. 5 Year Limited Warranty effective as of 08/01/02. If product was purchased before this date, please refer to documentation provided for warranty specifics.
• Duralast Resin Frames are covered against structural failure (chipping, peeling, cracking or corrosion) for a period of (10) years. 10 Year Limited Warranty effective as of 08/01/98. If product was purchased before this date, please refer to documentation provided for warranty specifics.
• The fabric, cushion, sling and umbrella warranty covers manufacturing defects in assembly for a period of (2) years.
• 2 Year Limited Warranty effective as of 08/01/02. If product was purchased before this date, please refer to product documentation provided for warranty specifics.
• We will repair or replace, at our sole option, any product determined by our Customer Service Representative to contain manufacturing defects.

• If identical materials are not available at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality.

What is Not Covered?

• This warranty does not cover fading/discoloration due to extensive exposure to the elements. All claims related to fabrics, do not include discoloration due to burns, pet damage, chemical spills, stains, nor does it include cuts in materials.
• We advise the Purchaser that softening of cushions, which is the result of normal use, should not be confused with loss of resiliency due to defects in construction of materials.
• This warranty does not cover the following: Cracking or shattering of glass tops; Damage to product due to acts of nature; commercial, contract, rental, institutional or other nonresidential use.
• The transportation (shipping and handling) of the product or parts for repair-when needed-to and from our Fort Lauderdale, Florida USA Service Center, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• This warranty is based on a pro-ration calculation, determined by years of service (straight line method).

Disclaimer
We shall in no event be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, usage, or money and in no event shall the responsibility exceed the value of the replacement of product.

Rust Free Aluminum Frames
Our frames feature the highest quality, heaviest gauge extruded aluminum and reinforced internal walls for extra support. We use the most up to date profile shapes that are twice as large as the competitors. Our heavy wall aluminum extrusion eliminates wobble or walk. All welded surfaces or connections are welded 360° around, leaving no weak points or spaces. The frame warranty covers structural failure for a period of 15 years.

Rust Free Cast Aluminum Frames
Our solid cast aluminum frame components are individually formed through the ancient art of sand casting. Each frame is hand-welded using full circumference 360 degree heli-arc welding technology and then inspected for both strength and appearance. Frames are then hand sanded and polished prior to finishing. The frame warranty covers structural failure for a period of 15 years.

Extruded PVC Frames
Our PVC frames are manufactured with Duralast 228™, an advanced polymeric composite material exclusive to our furniture. Containing such elements as Acrylic and Titanium, frames are designed to last longer than any other in its category and far exceed industry standards. Our frame finish is not merely a surface coat, but runs through and through, never coming off when scratched or scraped. Frames will not crack, peel, chip or corrode. Our frame design is child safe having no dangerous edges or corners. The frame warranty covers structural failure for a period of 15 years.

Finishes
Finishes applied to frames are made from the highest quality American paints. Our Premium finishes are baked on using superior powder coated paint. Premium paint finishes withstand peeling, blistering and oxidation. All paint finishes are tested for over 7000 hours, which exceed industry standards, using a salt / spray method. Our frames are passed through a pre-wash system, a polyester powder coat is then applied electrostatically and baked on to achieve a clean smooth finish. Our finishes are virtually maintenance free! The finish warranty covers against peeling and blistering defects for a period of 5 years.

Antique Hand Painted Finishes
In addition to the base finishes, many of our frames have a secondary complementary color which is hand wiped over the base color, resulting in subtle shading and highlighting that dramatically emphasizes the detail of each unique design. To complete the finishing process a urethane top coat is applied for maximum protection. The finish warranty covers against peeling and blistering defects for a period of 5 years.

Fabrics
We use only the finest mildew, fade resistant and durable acrylic Sunbrella®, Elbertex, Olefin Jacquard and Wicker Weave fabrics! All of our contemporary and beautifully designed weatherproof fabrics are made in the U.S.A. Our fabrics are specially treated to resist stains, wear and the sun's harmful rays. The fabric warranty covers against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.

Cushions
Cushions are made with the best and most resilient polyester fiberfill, often supported by a virgin urethane foam. Our cushions provide maximum comfort and long lasting plush cushioning. The cushion warranty covers against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.

Slings
All slings are precision cut and then sewn around a tough, flexible nylon spline using polyester thread that is double sewn at all reinforcing points. Slings are then inserted into a channel for superior strength and durability. All slings are easily replaceable should the fabric be inadvertently damaged. The sling warranty covers against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.

Tempered Glass Tops
We use aquatex and clear glass table tops constructed of 5 millimeter tempered glass, which is approximately 5 times stronger than ordinary glass. Tempered glass is difficult to break, scratch or damage from heat or cold. Glass tops are not covered by warranty.

Umbrellas
Our umbrellas are designed to both provide shade as well as compliment any collection. Each style is available in any fabric to match or coordinate with seating pieces. The durable, lightweight, rust free anodized poles feature a 2 position tilt mechanism, a heavy duty opening crank and fabrics that withstand the harshest outdoor elements. The fabric warranty covers against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
